REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Due to the consumable nature of FMCG items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Email within 2 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Invoice image
- Outer box photo
- Clear photos of damage
- Unboxing video showing the issue
Replacement released within 7–10 working days after verification.
Email within 2 days with:
- Order number
- Invoice image
- Photo of received items
- Unboxing video
We will resend the missing item after verification.
Send within 2 days:
- Order number
- Mfg/pack date photo
- Images/video showing issue
Important Note:
- Taste or flavour preferences are not considered defects
- Only verified manufacturing defects qualify for replacement
