Due to the consumable nature of FMCG items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Email within 2 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Invoice image
  • Outer box photo
  • Clear photos of damage
  • Unboxing video showing the issue

Replacement released within 7–10 working days after verification.

Email within 2 days with:

  • Order number
  • Invoice image
  • Photo of received items
  • Unboxing video

We will resend the missing item after verification.

Send within 2 days:

  • Order number
  • Mfg/pack date photo
  • Images/video showing issue

Important Note:

  • Taste or flavour preferences are not considered defects
  • Only verified manufacturing defects qualify for replacement
