At Cravewell, we stand behind the quality and taste of our products. If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, we offer a limited Taste Satisfaction Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility

This guarantee is:

  • Valid only on the first purchase of a specific product.

  • Applicable to one unit per customer.

  • Required to be claimed within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for the guarantee:

  • The product must not be excessively consumed (not more than 50% used).

  • The customer must provide:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photo of the product and outer packaging

    • Batch number (if available)

Incomplete documentation may delay or void the claim.

3. Resolution Process

Upon review of the claim:

  • Cravewell may offer a replacement product as the first resolution option.

  • If a replacement is declined by the customer or not feasible, a refund may be processed at Cravewell’s discretion.

All claims are subject to verification and approval.

4. Refund Terms

  • Refund applies only to the product price paid.

  • Shipping charges, COD fees, and other additional charges are non-refundable.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment.

5. Exclusions

This guarantee does not apply under the following circumstances:

  • Product has been fully consumed.

  • Claim is raised after 7 days of delivery.

  • Product damage due to improper storage or handling.

  • Bulk, wholesale, or institutional orders.

  • Repeated refund requests from the same customer.

  • Claims suspected to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of company policy.

Cravewell reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or limit claims at its sole discretion.

Pricing

All prices include GST.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

Liability

Once the order is handed over to the courier, delays caused by logistics partners are not in our control.
